摘    要:
本研究筛选了从春兰和莲瓣兰中开发的7个SSR位点的引物,用于37个寒兰株系的遗传多样性和亲缘关系研究。研究结果表明,7个SSR位点的引物在寒兰中均具有非常好的通用性,而且每个位点在不同的株系中具有特有等位基因,特别是位点CSSR05、CSSR11和195。株系具有的特有等位基因可以用于株系鉴别。7个位点在寒兰株系间具有...

Abstract:
Seven SSR makers developed from Cymbidium goeringii and C. tortisepalum were used to investigate genetic diversity and relationship of Cymbidium kanran lines. The seven SSR markers had a promising transferability and application to the Cymbidium kanran lines. Each locus had specific alleles in different lines, especially the locus of CSSR05、CSSR11 and 195. The seven SSR markers revealed considerable genetic diversity from 37 C. kanran lines. It might be resulted from the longtime artificial breeding and hybridization. Clustering and cladistic analysis using Nei's genetic distance showed that SSR markers could be useful for genetic diversity analysis and variety identification.
