大孔树脂分离纯化万寿菊中玉米黄质的研究

摘    要:目的]探究大孔吸附树脂对万寿菊中玉米黄质的吸附和解吸性能。方法]通过研究LSA-5B,LX-16,AB-8,LX-20,LSA-21,ADS-17和D-101树脂对玉米黄质的吸附和解吸附能力,筛选最佳树脂为AB-8,并研究了其对玉米黄质的吸附和解吸附性能,确定了最佳的吸附与解吸附工艺参数。结果]AB-8树脂分离纯化玉米黄质的最佳工艺条件为:吸附,pH值=5,室温,流速1.5BV/h,溶液处理量为5BV;解吸附,洗脱剂为70%的乙醇溶液,流速1BV/h,溶液处理量4.5BV。在优选的吸附与解吸附工艺条件下,玉米黄质的吸附率为84.1%,解吸率为92.4%。结论]AB-8大孔吸附树脂对万寿菊中玉米黄质有较好的吸附和解吸性能,其分离玉米黄质技术上可行,具有潜在的工业应用价值。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of this research was to explore the adsorption and desorption capability of the macroporous adsorption resin on zeaxanthin in marigold. Method] The adsorption and desorption performance of the LSA-5B, LX-16, AB-8, LX-20, LSA-21, ADS-17 and D-101 macroporous adsorption resin on zeaxanthin in marigold were studied and the optimum macroporous adsorption resin AB-8 was screened out. The adsorption and desorption performance of AB-8 on zeaxanthin in marigold was researched and its optimal adsorption and desorption technical parameter were confirmed. Result] The optimal technical condition of AB-8 resin for separation and purification of zeaxanthin was as follows: as for adsorption, pH of 5, room temperature, at flow velocity of 1.5 BV/h with the adsorption volume for sample of 5 BV; as for desorption, washing with 70 % ethanol at the flow velocity of 1 BV/h with the adsorption volume for sample of 4.5 BV. Under optimized technical condition for adsorption and desorption, the rate of adsorption and desorption on zeaxanthin in marigold were 84.1 % and 92.4 % resp. Conclusion] The macroporous adsorption resin AB-8 has better adsorption and desorption performance on zeaxanthin in marigold. The techniques of separating zeaxanthin by AB-8 resin are feasible and had potential applied value in industry.
