匍茎剪股颖草皮的无性繁殖生产试验

摘    要:结合灰色关联分析,对影响草皮生产的因素-繁殖材料,隔离布和隔离层进行正交试验,结果表明,隔离布是对草皮生产影响最大的因素,其次是繁殖材料。煤灰和细石沙作隔离层对生产效果作用不明显。化纤无纺布不腐烂,隔离好,易卷起草皮,草皮重量轻;而棉纱布易烂,不利于草皮成卷,草皮重量大。茎的繁殖倍数比草皮大,生产的草皮质量好。因素间不存在互作。最优处理平均关联率为0.814,其因素组合为茎作繁殖材料,化纤无纺布作

Abstract:A trial on the major factors involved in production of Agrostis turf through vegetative reproduction was conducted to determine the relative importance and the optimal combination of these factors.It was shown that the separating cloth used in production process was the most important factor (P<0.01);the reproductive material was relatively less important (P<0.05);while the separating layer composed of coal slag and fine sand appeared to have no significant effect on the result of production.It was suggested that the optimal method to be used in large scale turf production would be using the creeping stem of the plant as reproductive material,non woven cloth of chemical fibres as separating cloth,and still adopting coal slag and fine sand as the material for separating layer.
