| 摘 要： | 臭氧是一种氧化性极强的气体杀菌剂,臭氧在粮储中有着广阔的应用前景。目前,研究进展主要集中在臭氧在粮储过程中防霉变和杀虫,臭氧处理对储粮品质的影响,臭氧对储粮表面农药残留的降解作用等方面。

| Abstract: | The ozone is a kind of gas antiseptic with strong oxidation,which has a great application prospect on storage of grain.Currently the status of study progress mainly center on preventing mildew,killing insects,the effect on quality of grain,degradation and elimination of pesticide residues etc. |
