湘南烤烟多酚含量区域特征研究

摘    要:[目的]为完善湘南烤烟质量和工业可用性评价体系,提高湘南烤烟品质提供一定的理论依据,为湘南烟区优质烤烟的生产提供理论指导。[方法]以湖南省湘南烟区和从津巴布韦、巴西进口的烤烟样品为材料,进行了烤烟多酚含量的测定与分析,并与国外烤烟进行比较。[结果]研究表明,湘南烤烟多酚含量平均值在5%以上;3个品种间烟叶多酚含量差异显著,其中云烟87〈K326〈云烟85;不同等级烟叶多酚含量是B2F〉X2F〉C3F;不同年度的多酚含量不存在统计学上的差异;湘南两市烤烟多酚含量是郴州市〉永州市,且都低于津巴布韦烟叶,高于巴西烟叶。[结论]湘南烟区烤烟烟叶多酚含量平均值在5%以上,属正常范围。湘南烟区烟叶多酚含量都低于津巴布韦烟叶,但都高于巴西烟叶,说明湘南烤烟多酚含量较高,这是湘南烤烟香气浓郁,吃味醇和的成因之一。
