摘    要:小麦、水稻、玉米、萝卜、绿豆等单子叶和双子叶作物种子经特定电磁波(TDP)辐照后,幼芽和幼苗体内谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活性明显增加,脂质过氧化产物丙二醇(MAD)的含量下降,试验表明,TDP处理种子能增强上述作物幼苗的抗氧能力。

Abstract:Effects of specific electromagnetic wave (TDP) on the activity of Glutathine Peroxidase (GSH-Px) and the content of maloaldehyde (MAD) in budlets and seedlings of monocotyledons or dicotyledons, such as wheat, corn, rice, radish and mung bean were studled. It was found that the activity of GSH-Px could be increased obviously and the content of lipid peroxidatic reaction product (MAD) reduced. The results showed that the ability of anti-oxidatlon of crop seedlings could be increased after seeds treatments with TDP.
