| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the existing legislation situation of the right of timberland utilization.It also expound the unity of circulation procedure of timberland utilization,legislative status of assessment organization of timberland resources and arbitration institution of fulfilling circulation contracts.In the end,the author puts forward relative suggestions of legislation accordingly. |
