| 摘 要： | 脂肪酸代谢是植物最重要的代谢途径之一，脂肪酸在食用和工业生产上有重要用途。介绍了植物种子中脂肪酸代谢的基本途径。论述了应用基因工程改良植物种子油品质的技术策略、存在问题，同时对植物脂肪酸调控基因工程发展提出了展望。

| Abstract: | Fatty acid metabolism is one of the most important pathways of plant metabolism, fatty acids in plant seeds play various important roles in human foods and industrial manufacture. In this review, the basic pathway of fatty acid metabolism in plant seeds was introduced. Several effective strategies were developed for improving plant seed oil quality by gene engineering. It was also discussed the current problems and prospects of genetic manipulation of plant seed oil and fatty acids. |
