摘    要:采用浸渍法和喷雾法分别测定了吡蚜酮、啶虫脒、噻虫嗪对发生在南京食用菌生产大棚中的1种迟眼蕈蚊(Bradysia sp.)进行室内毒力和田间防治效果试验,并对喷药后第7天的糙皮侧耳(Pleurotus ostreatus)子实体采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定农药残留量。结果显示:吡蚜酮、啶虫脒、噻虫嗪对眼蕈蚊都有杀虫活性,其中噻虫嗪效果最好,LD50为58.27mg/L,稀释1000倍施用,7d后黄板上成虫数显著低于其它处理;噻虫嗪处理第7天,糙皮侧耳子实体中残留量低于20μg/kg。因此,食用菌栽培中,噻虫嗪用于防治南京眼蕈蚊,安全有效。

Abstract:The efficacy of thiamethoxam,pymetrozine and acetamiprid in controlling Bradysia under both laboratory conditions and in a Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation facility is described.Thiamethoxam exhibited the highest toxicity (LD50-58.3 mg/L) under laboratory conditions,and a smaller number of adult gnats survived two applications of this pesticide (103-fold dilution) compared with corresponding concentrations of pymetrozine and acetamiprid.Although HPLC revealed residues of all three pesticides in P.ostreatus fruit bodies seven days following application,thiamethoxam levels were below 20 μg/kg indicating this pesticide may bc suitable for controlling Bradysia under mushroom cultivation conditions.
