固态发酵银杏叶生产蛋白饲料的研究

摘    要:试验选择地衣芽孢杆菌作为发酵菌种,以粗蛋白含量为考查指标,通过L9(34)正交试验优化固态发酵银杏叶蛋白饲料工艺。结果显示,固态发酵银杏叶生产蛋白饲料的最佳工艺参数为接种量8%、含水量50%、发酵温度31℃、发酵时间84 h。经固态发酵后,银杏叶的粗蛋白、粗灰分、粗脂肪、总氨基酸含量分别提高102.16%、49.03%、20.34%、40.30%,粗纤维、总黄酮含量降低55.68%、10.26%,更适合作为饲料使用。

Abstract:Bacillus licheniformis was selected as the fermentation strain, and the crude protein content was taken as the index to optimize the solid state fermentation process of Ginkgo leaves protein feed by L9(34) orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimum technological parameters of solid state fermentation of Ginkgo leaves to produce protein feed were crude protein 8%, water content 50%, fermentation temperature 31 ℃, fermentation time 84 h. After solid state fermentation, the contents of crude protein, crude ash, crude fat and total amino acids in Ginkgo leaves were increased by102.16%, 49.03%, 20.34% and 40.30%, respectively, and the contents of crude fiber and total flavonoids decreased by55.68% and 10.26%, respectively. The fermented Ginkgo leaves were more suitable for feed.
