智利弗雷政府的农业工会与农村社会关系变革

20世纪五六十年代,落后的大庄园制引发的农村社会问题日益突出,在以教会为代表的土改支持力量和国外因素影响下,智利弗雷政府开始了智利的土改进程。弗雷政府土地改革中一项重要的成就是于1967年颁布《农民工会法》,由此农业工会取得了合法地位并得以蓬勃发展。智利农业工会所构建的集体协商和联盟主义,重塑了智利农村的社会关系,为智利农村现代化进程做出了不可忽视的贡献。

The Agricultural Trade Union and Rural Social Relations During Frei Government of Chile

In the 1950s and 1960s,social problems in rural areas caused by the backward hacienda became increasingly prominent.Under the influence of the support force of land reform represented by the church and foreign factors,the Frei government began a land reform in Chile.An important achievement in the land reform of Frey government in Chile was the promulgation of the Law on Farmers Unionization in 1967,for which agricultural trade unions gained legal status and flourished.The collective consultation and unionism constructed by Chilean agricultural trade unions reshaped the social relations in Chile’s rural areas and made a significant contribution to its modernization.
