麦长管蚜取食诱导山羊草保护性酶活性的变化

摘    要:目的]为了进行麦长管蚜取食诱导山羊草的几种保护性酶的活性变化试验。方法]以Aegilops biuncialis、A.juvenalis、A.ovata、A.crassa、A.vavilovii5种山羊草为研究对象,以CAT,SOD,APX为生化指标,在对各材料进行抗性鉴定的基础上,接种麦长管蚜60头诱导4 d后,对这5种野生山羊草的进行几种保护性酶活力的差异性比较。结果]结果表明:CAT在感蚜前,不同抗性水平物种中的酶活差异性总体趋向于不显著;在感蚜后,各物种的酶活性差异性不显著,提高倍数与蚜量比值无显著的相关关系。SOD在感蚜前,不同抗性水平物种中的酶活差异性不显著;在感蚜后,各物种的酶活性差异性显著,提高倍数与蚜量比值有显著的负相关,回归方程为Y=-0.96X+3.201。APX在感蚜前,不同抗性水平物种中的酶活差异性总体趋向于显著;在感蚜后,各物种的酶活性差异性非常显著,提高倍数与抗性有显著的相关关系,回归方程为Y=-1.025 8X+3.055 7。结论]该研究为育种和蚜虫的防治提供依据与参考。

Abstract:Objective] The purpose of this research was to carry out the experiment of change of several protective enzymes in Aegilops species iinduced by Sitobion avenae Fab.feeding.Method] With 5 kinds of Aegilops species such as Aegilops biuncialis,A.juvenalis,A.ovata,A.crassa and A.vavilovii as tested materials and CAT,SOD,APX as biochemical indexes,based on resistance identification on each material,the difference of several protective enzyme activity in 6 kinds of Aegilops species were compared after inoculating 60 heads of S.avenae for induction for 4 days.Result] As for CAT,before fed by M.avenae the difference of the enzyme activity in the species with different resistance trended to be insignificant as a whole,after fed by S.avenae the difference of the enzyme activity in the species was insignificant,and there was insignificant correlation between the enzyme increase rate and aphid amount ratio.As for SOD,before fed by M.avenae the difference of the enzyme activity in the species with different resistance was insignificant,after fed by S.avenae the difference of the enzyme activity in the species was significant and there was negative correlation between the increase rate and aphid amount ratio with regress equation as Y=-0.96X 3.201.As for APX,before fed by M.avenae the difference of the enzyme activity in the species with different resistance trended to be significant as a whole,after fed by S.avenae the difference of the enzyme activity in the species was very significant and there was significant correlation between the increase rate and resistance with the regress equation as Y=-1.025 8X 3.055 7.Conclusion] This study provides the base and reference for aphid control and breeding.
