| 摘 要： | "绿色保险"是将生态学概念引入经济领域的一种保险理念,是在环境高危险性企业发生污染事故后维护受害人权益的一种有效理赔途径。通过对"绿色保险"产生背景及内涵的分析,总结了美国、法国、日本等国家实行环境污染责任保险的特点,提出了从采取政府强制与引导相结合的保险模式、扩大责任保险范围、出台有关"绿色保险"法律法规等三方面来健全我国绿色保险制度的途径,以期促进我国"绿色保险"事业的发展。

| Abstract: | "Green insurance",as an idea incorporating ecological concept into economics,is an effective approach to claim settlement for victims after pollution accidents occurred in corporations damaging to environment at high risk.Based on the analysis of background and meanings of green insurance,we summarized the features of implementing the liability insurance for environmental pollutions in the United States,France,Japan,etc.Moreover,we proposed three suggestions on improving the green insurance system in China in terms of establishing an insurance mode of incorporating governments’ compulsion and guidance,expanding the scope of liability insurance,and working out regulations and laws related to green insurance,which are expected to play positive roles in promoting the green insurance in China. |
