木麻黄浸提液对青皮苗光合特性的影响

摘    要:对木麻黄凋落物浸提液、土壤浸提液、根浸提液处理青皮及不同生境下的青皮苗叶片光合作用特征和叶绿素荧光参数进行了测定。结果表明:1)生境的改变及浸提液处理降低了青皮幼苗的光合速率。浸提液处理及生境的改变使青皮幼苗光饱和点提高,光补偿点下降,表明其提高了植株对光的利用能力。2)随有效光合辐射与CO2浓度的增加,木麻黄各浸提液处理和迁入地的青皮苗的气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)都有所下降。其中根浸提液处理与迁入地的青皮苗表现出一致的变化趋势。3)木麻黄浸提液处理组和不同生境下的青皮苗的叶绿素荧光参数Fo、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、Y和ETR存在显著差异。

Abstract:In this study,we measured the photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of Vatica mangachapoi seedlings which were treated by Casuarina litter extracts,soil extracts,root extract,and in Casuarina equisetifolia plantation.The results were as follows: 1) Habitat changes and V.mangachapoi extract treatment reduced the photosynthetic rate of seedlings.Extract treatment and habitat changes led to the increase of LSP of V.mangachapoi seedlings,but the decrease of LCP,indicating the increase of the ability of utilizing light of the seedlings.2) With the increase of effective photosynthetic radiation and CO2 concentration,stomata conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr) of the seedlings treated by the extracts of C.equisetifolia declined.The seedlings treated with root extracts and in Casuarina equisetifolia plantation showed the similar variation trend.3) The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the V.mangachapoi seedlings with Casuarina extract treatment and in C.equisetifolia plantation were determined,Fo,Fv / Fm,Fv/Fo,Y and ETR displayed significant difference.
