| 摘 要： | 为了筛选对黄曲霉毒素产生茵的生长有抑制作用的微生物,选用乳酸茵和枯草芽孢杆菌与黄曲霉共培养,通过测定黄曲霉菌丝质量以及培养液pH来判断对霉菌生长的抑制作用强弱.结果表明:3株乳酸茵培养液上清液和4株枯草芽孢杆茵对黄曲霉菌丝的生长皆有明显抑制作用(P＜0.05),以乳酸菌A2培养液上清液抑制作用最强,茵丝质量为0.119... |

| Abstract: | In order to isolating strains of microorganisms for inhibiting on the growth of Aspergillus flavus,Lactobacillus and Bacillus subtilis were used to study the inhibiting on the growth of Aspergillus flavus by measuring the weight of mycelium and pH value.The result showed that the culture supernatant of 3 strains of the Lactobacillus and 4 strains of the Bacillus subtilis had significant inhibition effects on the growth of Aspergillus flavus(P<0.05),the culture supernatant of the A2 has the highest inhibition,the weight of mycelium was 0.1196g.Compared to the average weight of mycelium in the culture medium of Lactobacillus and Bacillus subtilis,the inhibiting effect of the culture supernatant of the Lactobacillus was better than that of Lactobacillus and Bacillus subtilis. |
