摘    要:
碎玉米秸秆的压缩特性对压缩工艺的优化、压缩设备的研制等均有重要影响。采用青贮圆捆机对碎玉米秸秆进行卷压试验,研究了不同含水率、喂入量、挤草辊转速对压缩特性的影响,对卷压力与卷压密度的关系进行了分析,建立了碎玉米秸秆卷压过程的压缩模型,为卷压工艺的深入研究和圆捆机的优化设计提供依据。

Abstract:
The compression characteristics of chopped corn stalks have a significant influence on optimization of compression process,research and development of compression equipment,etc.Using cylindrical bale bander to carry out rotary compression test of chopped corn stalks,the effects that different moisture content,feeding quantity,squeeze roller speed on compression characteristics were studied,the relationship between pressure and density was analyzed.the compression model of chopped corn stalks in the rotary compression was established,it can helpto study the rotary compressing technics and optimally design cylindrical bale bander.
