小麦成株期对雪腐格氏霉抗性研究

摘    要:在自然病田对42个小麦品种(系)的调查结果表明,小麦成株期叶部对雪腐格氏霉(Gerlachia nivalis)的抗性有明显差异,茎秆高,叶片窄而挺直的品种比较抗病.小区人工喷雾接种和单株小穗接种的试验证明,小麦穗部对雪腐格氏霉具有抗侵入和抗扩展性能,小穗排列紧密,颖壳内合的品种较抗侵入。

Abstract:The result of 42 varieties (strains)survey in natural disease field showed that there was a significant difference in wheat leaves in adult stage resisted to Gerlachia nivalis, varieties which had high straw, narrow and stiff leaves were resisted to Gerlachia nivalis in wheat plant. the test results through artificial apray inoculation in plot and floret inoculation on single plant indicated that the spike of wheat plant of some variety had a character of resistance to penetration and development of the pathogen in wheat plant, varieties which had tight spike and closed glum were resisted to penetration of the pathogen in wheat plant.
