摘    要:为掌握南方地区主要栽培的9份鸭茅(Dactylis glomerata)种质材料抗旱性差异,通过干旱胁迫-复水法对其苗期 9个抗旱指标进行测定,综合评价其抗旱性。结果表明:以欧式距离法可将9份种质材料划分为3个抗旱等级,抗旱性相对较强的是宝兴、02-116、斯巴达,中等抗旱性的是金牛、古蔺、川东、德娜塔,对干旱胁迫相对敏感的是波特、01998。

Abstract:In order to well document the difference of drought-resistance among nine orchardgrass germplasms, physiological changes of leaf relative water content, relative electrical conductivity, malondialdehyde, soluble sugar content, free proline accumulation, superoxide dismutase, catalase, peroxidase and plant height were measured under drought stress and rewatering conditions at seedling stage. The results showed that the drought resistance of nine tested materials was classified into three types by Euclidian distance method. Baoxing, 02-116 and Sparta varieties had stronger drought resistance, and Taurus, Gulin, Chuandong, Donata varieties had moderate drought resistance, while Proto and 01998 varieties were sensitive to drought stress.
