摘    要:以草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis)4个品种(新歌来德、奖品、午夜Ⅱ号、橄榄球Ⅱ号)为材料,采用盆栽法研究矿井中水(二级处理水)、矿井中水与清水2:1混合、矿井中水与清水1:1混合以及清水(三级处理水)对照灌溉条件下草地早熟禾基质盐分的变化,及叶片过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸(Pro)等生理指标的反应,对4个品种对4种灌溉水的适宜性进行综合评价。结果表明:各材料在矿井中水和2:1混合灌溉条件下基质盐分显著高于清水对照(P<0.05),POD和CAT活性增幅较大,MDA和Pro含量显著增高。1:1混合灌溉基质盐分与清水对照无显著性差异,各项生理指标增幅相对较小,并保持相对稳定状态。表明奖品和新歌来德在基质盐分的累积和生理指标变化表现出较强的优势。

Abstract:The physiologic characters including POD, CAT, MDA as well as overall suitability to mine recycled water stress (completely two stage water, two stage water mixed 2:1 with three stage water, two stage water mixed 1:1 with three stage water, completely three stage water)and adaptable evaluation on the seedling growth of four Kentucky bluegrass cultivars including Nuglade, Prize, midnight-Ⅱ and Football-Ⅱ were examined and analyzed. The results showed that the base salinities of all experimental materials in the treatments of reclaimed two stage water and 2:1 mix of reclaimed two stage water and three stage water were obviously higher than the control (P<0.05). The POD and CAT activities, MDA and praline contents of Kentucky bluegrass seedling in these treatments increased obviously compared with control. Under the treatment of reclaimed two stage water mixed 1:1 with three stage water, the base salinities of all experimental material had no obvious difference; all tested physiological indices had relatively slight increase and remained relatively stable. Compared to other tested materials, Nuglade and Award had stronger dominant position in the accumulation of base salinities and the change of physiological indices.
