米邦塔仙人掌对小鼠的抗疲劳作用研究

摘    要:目的]探讨米邦塔仙人掌(Opuntia Milpa Alta)对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法]小鼠随机分组,试验组每天灌胃米邦塔仙人掌提取物400 mg/kg体重,对照组灌胃等量生理盐水。21 d后进行抗疲劳指标测定。结果]米邦塔仙人掌提取物能显著延长小鼠游泳力竭时间(P〈0.01),能减缓运动后小鼠肝糖原与肌糖原的消耗(P〈0.05),降低运动后血乳酸及血清尿素氮水平(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论]米邦塔仙人掌对小鼠具有明显的抗疲劳作用。

Effects of Opuntia Milpa Alta(OMA) on the Ablility of Anti-fatigue in Mice

Abstract:Objective]To discusses the effects of OMA on the anti-fatigue in mice.Method] mice were divided into two groups randomly.The experimental groups were given the extractive of OMA via gastrogavage with 400 mg/kg each day,while the control groups were given the normal saline.Certain parameters were determined for anti-fatigue after 21 d.Result] The extractive of OMA could delay the deadline of the mice's swimming time(P<0.01) when the mice were exhausted.It could decrease the depletion of the mouse liver and muscle glycogen after the mice's exercise(P<0.05),decrease the content of blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and increase the activity of lactic acid dehydrogenase(P<0.05 or P<0.01)after exercise of mice.Conclusion] The anti-fatigue effects of OMA on mice was obvious.
