小麦细胞色素P_(450)S对绿黄隆的催化代谢作用

摘    要:4种不同类型春小麦铁春1号、克丰2号、东农120号、克旱9号的微粒体细胞色素P450的含量近似,在220~270pmol·mg-1蛋白蛋之间。茎叶喷雾除草剂绿黄隆后,小麦细胞色素P450含量均增加15%~25%。铁春1号微粒体细胞色素P450的含量在苗后1~9d变化小,其对绿黄隆浓度为50,80,100μm的催化代谢半衰期分别为:43,52,67min。

Abstract:Cytochrome P 450 contents of 4 different types wheat Tie chun 1.Ke feng 2.Dong nong 120.Ke hang 9 were 257 3 pmol/mg protein.224 5 pmol/mg protein.243 6 pmol/mg protein.269 7 pmol/mg protein,respectively,difference of cytochrome P 450 contesnts were smaller among them.4 types wheat cytochrome P 450 contents have increased by 15% to 25% after application chlorsalfuron.Tie chun 1 were not remarkably charging pattern after germination 1 to 9 days.half life times of catalyzing mefabolism 50,80,100 μm,chlorsulfuron were 43min.52min.67min,respectively.$$$$
