“南水北调”中线工程安康段水资源现状分析与水源地保护对策

在分析安康水资源及其保护现状的基础上,提出从协调好人口-资源-环境之间的关系、加强公民生态环境知识的教育、建立健全水资源环境监测网、建立环境评价指标与管理体系、加大面污染源综合治理等方面入手,综合搞好水源地保护。

Status Analysis of Water Resource in "South-North Water Diversion" Middle Route Project in Ankang and Water Source Area Protection Countermeasure

Based on the analysis of Ankang′s water resources and the status of the water protection,the study proposes the methods of protecting the water source area by using the comprehensive ways of well coordinating the relationship among the population,resource and environment,strengthening the civic education of ecological environment,establishing and improving the environmental monitoring network of the water resources,establishing the environmental evaluation index and management system,increasing the comprehensive management of pollution sources and water source protection.
