| 摘 要： | 利用RACE和RT-PCR技术，从香蕉中克隆出编码RuBPCase小亚基的全长cDNA，并与GenBank中已经报道的其他部分香蕉bcS基因的核苷酸和推导的氨基酸序列进行同源性分析，为进一步研究香蕉RUBPCase 的功能与结构提供依据。

| Abstract: | The banana(rbcS-mc)was obtained using RACE and the RT-PCR method.Homologous analysis of nucleotide and deduced amino acid sequence were performed with other bananas rbcS gene which had already re-ported with GeneBank.The information will used for further studied of the banana RUBPCase function and the structure. |
