| 摘 要： | 提出五种高阶全极点跨导电容带通滤波器设计方法。该滤波器与ＭＯＳ工艺兼容，便于单片集成。文中给出了带通滤波器的设计实例和ＰＳＰＩＣＥ模拟分析，说明此滤波器可行。
