蓝百合种子发芽率的比较研究

摘    要:对蓝百合(百子莲属Agapanthus)8个品种的种子进行生物学对比研究,旨在通过试验初步验证其在国内引种栽培的可行性.在不同的试验条件进行种子发芽试验,对不同品种在不同的试验条件下种子的发芽情况作比较分析.试验最终得出以下结论:蓝百合8个品种的种子外观形态差异很微小,肉眼很难进行区分,而且千粒重差异也并不十分显著;从发芽率看出,A.praecox orientalis‘Mr.Thomas’、A comptonii ssp.longtubus、Agapanthus praecox ssp.minimus‘ Forma’的种子发芽率较高,说明各蓝百合品种种子在发芽率方面存在差异;Agapanthus praecox ssp.minimus‘Forma’、A.praecox orientalis‘Mr.Thomas’喜温差大的环境,Agapanthus inapertus ssp.hollandii、A.praecox orientalis (white)、A.praecox praecox‘Floribunda’喜温差小的环境,A.comptonii ssp.longtubus、A.praecox minimus‘Adelaide’、A praecox minimus‘ Storms River’对温度变化不敏感.

Abstract:This paper studied the seeds of eight species of Agapanthus through comparison from the aspect of biology and aimed to through experiments preliminarily prove the feasibility of planting an introduced variety in domestic country. The germination tests by group were engaged under different conditions. And then the notable differences were contrasted and the circumstances of different seeds germination through different methods of testing were compared and analyzed. The final conclusion of experiment was as follow: from the view of the outer looks of eight seeds, the differences among them were tiny and it was hard to distinguish them with naked eyes. From the view of weights, the differences on the weights were little. From the view of germination percentage, the higher ones were A. praecox orientalis 'Mr. Thomas', A. eomptonii ssp. longtubus, Agapanthus praeeox ssp. minimus 'Forma', and it was found out that the differences on germination percentages were existed. Agapanthus praeeox ssp. minimus 'Forma', A. praeeox orientalis 'Mr. Thomas' like the environment with huge difference in temperature. Whereas Agapanthus inapertus ssp. hollandii, A. praeeox orientalis(white), A. praeeox praeeox ' Floribunda' prefer the environment with small difference in temperature. And A. eomptonii ssp. longtubus, A. praeeox minirnus 'Adelaide', A. praeeox, minimus 'Storms River' were not sensitive to the change of temperature.
