摘    要:为评估蛋鸡舍温热环境质量,采用CFD技术对收集的现代化密闭蛋鸡舍数据(包括温度、风速、实地测量数据等)进行模拟分析评估并提出优化建议。结果显示:(1)禽舍中段及风机出口附近的气流速度较大,前端南北两侧(尤其是南北湿帘上游)的气流速度偏低,在该区域内形成空气对流,造成空气流动死角。(2)温度分布不太均匀,冷气资源在上部被风机直接排出舍外,未与蛋鸡形成有效的热量传递,造成资源浪费。建议将南北两侧湿帘安装在两墙的中间位置,安装高度及总湿帘面积不变(改良方案1),该蛋鸡舍现有的湿帘纵向通风模式基本可以满足蛋鸡对于热环境的要求,结合新疆的独特气候条件,理论上改良方案1可以为该蛋鸡舍提供更适宜的生产环境。

Abstract:In order to assess the quality of the warm environment of the layer house,CFD technology was used tosimulate,analyze and evaluate the collected modern closed layer house data(including temperature,wind speed,fieldmeasure data)and proposed optimization suggestions.The results showed:(1)The air velocity in the middle section of thepoultry house and near the outlet of the fan was relatively high,and the air velocity on the north and south sides ofthe front end(especially the upstream of the north and south wet curtains)was relatively low,forming air convection inthis area,resulting in dead air flow.(2)The temperature distribution was not uniform,and the air-conditioning resourceswere directly discharged out of the house by the fan at the upper part,which could not form effective heat transferwith the laying hens,resulting in waste of resources.The optimization suggestion was installing the wet curtains on thenorth and south sided in the middle of the two walls,and the installation height and total wet curtain area remainedunchanged(improved plan 1).The existing wet curtain longitudinal ventilation mode of this layer house could basically meetthe requirements of the layers for the thermal environment.Combined with the comprehensive analysis of the uniqueclimatic conditions of Xinjiang,the improvement plan 1 could provide more suitable production environment for thelayer house in theory.
