日粮添加黑水虻虫粉对肉鸭生长性能、羽毛生长和屠宰性能的影响

摘    要:试验旨在研究日粮中添加黑水虻虫粉对肉鸭生长性能、羽毛生长和屠宰性能的影响。试验选取900只21日龄体重相近的公番鸭,分为3个组,每组5个重复,每个重复60只番鸭。对照组为基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加3%和5%黑水虻虫粉。结果显示:①日粮黑水虻虫粉对肉鸭各阶段体重、平均日采食量、平均日增重和料重比无显著影响(P>0.05);②日粮添加黑水虻虫粉对肉鸭45、55、65和75日龄主翼羽长度和宽度无显著影响(P>0.05),但有提高65日龄第3主翼羽宽度的趋势(P>0.05);③日粮添加黑水虻虫粉对肉鸭屠宰性能和器官指数无显著影响(P>0.05);但从数值上看,5%黑水虻虫粉降低胸肌率,降幅为5.88%(P>0.05)。综上,日粮添加3%和5%黑水虻虫粉对肉鸭生长性能、羽毛生长、屠宰性能和器官指数无显著影响,具备应用的可行性。

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary Hermetia illucens larvae(HI)meal on growth performance,feather growth and slaughter performance in Muscovy ducks.A total of 90021-day-age male Muscovy ducks were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 replicates per group and 60 ducks per replicate.The control group was fed on a basal diet(HI0)and the two test groups were fed on the basal diet with an additive of 3%or 5%HI meal(HI3 and HI5).The results showed that:①Dietary HI meal had no significant effect on BW,ADFI,ADG and FCR in ducks(P>0.05).②There was no difference in the width and length of primary feathers among 3 groups on Day 45,5565 and 75(P>0.05),while the width of the third primary feather on Day 65 in the HI5 group was higher than that of the HI0 group(P>0.05).③Dietary HI meal had no significant effect on slaughter performance and organ index(P>0.05),while the breast rate of the HI5 group was lower than that of the HI0 group(P>0.05).In conclusion,dietary 3%and 5%HI meal had no significant effect on growth performance,feather growth and slaughter performance.
