小肽转运载体2及其在乳腺泌乳中的作用

摘    要:作为一种潜在的重要的乳腺小肽转运系统,PepT2在乳腺氨基酸氮转运、降低乳汁药物分布以及乳腺疾病治疗方面都起到重要作用.对PepT2在乳腺中作用的深入研究在泌乳生理和临床治疗上都有着非常重要的意义.本文主要从PepT2的蛋白质结构与功能、底物转运特性、表达调控以及其在泌乳生理中的作用4个方面进行简要综述.

Abstract:As a potential mammary gland transport system, oligopeptide transporter 2 (PepT2) plays important role in amino acids nitrogen transportation, drug distribution and diseases therapy. Intensive study on PepT2 is important for lactation physiology and clinical therapy. Protein structure, characteristic of substrate transport, regulation of gene expression and physiological significance of PepT2 were mainly reviewed in this study.
