植绥螨系统学研究进展

摘    要:植绥螨是许多害螨和小型有害昆虫的重要捕食性天敌,在农业生产中极具利用价值。对植绥螨科的分类历史、现状及其分类系统的不同观点进行了概述,介绍了形态学分类和分子分类的方法和系统发育关系的研究进展,认为应深入开展宏观和微观的、形态和分子的系统发育关系研究,通过重建该类群系统发育而建立其系统分类体系,建立普遍接受的植绥螨科分类系统。

Abstract:Phytoseiid mites are the important and useful predatory nature enemies to control many pest mites and small insects.This paper reviews the history and current situation in taxonomy and different aspects in their classification systems,introduces morphologic and molecular methods used in taxonomy and phylogeny of phytoseiid mites and suggests that the phylogeny relationship between morphologic and molecular should be seriously studied on the macro-and micro-levels.The taxonomy system should be built by reconstructing the phylogeny of phytoseiid mites.
