谷子是我国北方的古老作物,新中国成立后我国制定了农业现代化目标,随着现代农业进程的快速发展,谷子在我国粮食作物中逐渐退出了主粮的范围。随着农业产业结构调整,农业产业化迅速发展,2008年谷子产业体系启动,经过近10年的快速发展,谷子产业已经逐渐从传统的小农生产走出来,融入我国特色农业现代化的进程,但是作为小宗作物,发展较慢,产业链中的许多环节还很薄弱,其中谷子加工就是一个很重要的环节,谷子产后加工的落后极大影响了谷子产业发展进程。
