我国品质农业发展驱动因素、困境及对策研究

随着经济增长方式的转变，农业生产也走向了精细化生产道路，安全健康高质量的农产品成为农业市场需求主流。目前我国品质农业发展较为缓慢，农产品安全质量问题频发，国际市场竞争力较弱，生态环境、生产模式、产业链形态、农业社会服务体系都存在着较多的困境。从品质农业发展的政策、市场、创新等驱动力要素出发，提出推行绿色生产方式、优化产业结构、拓展开放式农业全产业链、提高服务质量的建议。

Dilemma in the Development of High-quality Agriculture in China and ItsDriving Factors and Countermeasures

With the transformation of economic growth pattern, agricultural production has alsobeen on the way to refined production, so it needs to provide safe, healthy and high-quality agriculturalproducts for the agricultural market. At present, in China there are many problems on the agriculturalproducts, for example, the high-quality agricultural development is relatively slow, the unsafety eventsof agricultural products occur frequently, and the competitiveness is weak on the international market. Inaddition, there are other difficulties of ecological environment, production pattern chain, and agriculturalsocial service system. Based on the policy and market innovation of high-quality agriculture, this paperputs forward some suggestions for the development of high-quality agriculture in China.
