摘    要:以小麦为试材,在小麦分蘖期、抽穗期和灌浆期分别喷施植物生长调节剂:植物动力—2003和云大-120,该试验主要研究两种植物生长调节剂对小麦产量和生理指标的影响。试验测定结果:喷施10天后,小麦植株叶片每克鲜重叶绿素含量分别比对照增加了23.6%和19.7%,光合速率比对照提高12.5%和13.3%;收获后室内考种测产,增产幅度比对照分别提高了18.97%和15.52%。试验结果表明,两种植物生长调节剂可以显著提高产量。增产的生理效应主要是促进叶片叶绿素含量增加和提高光合速率,增加穗长、小穗数、穗粒数、穗粒重和千粒重,最终提高产量。

Study on the Effects about Wheat Increasing Production and Physiological Effects Under the Influences of Plant Growth Regulators
Abstract:By Using wheat as test material, plant growth regulators were sprayed in wheat tiller stage, Spike stage and grouting stage: Plant Power 2003 and Yunda -120 respectively. The experiment mainly studied the effects of two plant growth regulators on wheat yield and physiological indexes.The results showed that the chlorophyll content per gram of fresh weight increased by 23.6% and 19.7%, and the photosynthetic rate increased by 12.5% and 13.3% respectively. The output of the indoor test after the harvest was increased by 18.97% and 15.52%, respectively. The experimental results show that two kinds of plant growth regulators can significantly increase yield. The physiological effects of yield increase are mainly to promote the increase of chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of leaves, increase panicle length, spikelet number, grain number per panicle, grain weight per panicle and 1000-grain weight, and ultimately increase yield.
