光照对小球藻、斜生栅藻生长速率及叶绿素含量的影响

摘    要:在不同的光照周期、光照强度和光谱下,测定小球藻、斜生栅藻的生长速率及叶绿素的含量.结果显示:在光照强度为3000lx,光照周期为24L:0D、18L:6D、12L:12D、6L:18D、0L:24D共 5个梯度组下,光照周期为18L:6D时,两种藻的生长速率最大,分别为0.227个/d、0.201个/d;当光照周期为12L:12D时,在光照强度为500、1000、3000、5000、7000lx的5个梯度组中,光照强度为5000lx时,两种藻的生长速率最大,分别为0.234个/d、0.26个/d;在红、绿、蓝、白光不同光谱的照射下,以白光下两种藻的生长速率最大,分别为0.144个/d、0.200个/d,而且在蓝光下培养的藻叶绿素a的含量较高.光照对两种藻的生长速率和叶绿素含量有明显的影响.

Abstract:Growth rate and chlorophyll content in C.vulgaris and S.obliquus were determined in different photoperiods,light intensity and light quality.Results showed that the maximal growth rates in photoperiod of 18L: 6D were 0.227 ind/d and 0.201 ind/d for C.vulgaris,S.obliquus respectively.The maximal growth rates were also observed at 5000 lx light intensity,which were 0.234 ind/d and 0.26ind/d for C.vulgaris and S.obliquus.In different light spectra,the maximal growth rates occurred in white light,which were 0.144 ind/d for C.vulgaris and 0.200 ind/d for S.obliquus respectively.There was higher chlorophyll a content in blue light than in other treatments.Illumination has obvious effect on growth rates and chlorophyll contents of two kinds of algae.
