摘    要:采用苗期群体筛选鉴定、分蘖期单株鉴定和大田自然诱虫鉴定3种方法,分别测定了5个新育成的优质高产新品系对稻褐飞虱的抗性反应。在苗期接虫鉴定情况下的抗性表现不稳定,但随着苗龄的增大,其抗虫性有不同程度的提高。实际上稻褐飞虱在水稻生长后期才造成危害,分蘖期和抽穗期鉴定较苗期鉴定更能准确地反映水稻品种成株期的抗性水平。

Comparative Study on Evaluation Methods for Resistance to Nilaparvata lugens Stal in Rice

Abstract:Five newly-developed rice lines were evaluated to determine the level of resistance to Nilaparvata lugens Stl by using the following methods: seeding bulk test (2-3 leaf stage),caged individual tillering test and field heading stage test. The results indicated unstable reaction to Nilaparvata lugens Stl at seedling stage. However,the resistant level increased along with the increase of plant age. It could be summarized that resistance evaluation is made at tillering and heading stage rather than at seedling stage,better reflecting the resistance level of rice varieties at tillering and heading stage.
