黑龙江水稻品种抗病基因同源序列聚类分析

摘    要: 利用拟南芥RPS2基因和烟草N基因的NBS-LRR区域设计的S1和AS3两个引物对24个黑龙江粳稻品种基因组DNA进行PCR扩增和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳。分析结果表明:根据差异相似性86%为度可将供试品种划分为3个类群。抗病基因同源序列分析在利用水稻品种控制病害发生和抗病育种方面有指导意义。

Abstract:The genetic diversity of 24 rice varieties in Heilongjiang Province were studied using resistance gene analogue (RGA) based on resistance gene conserved sequences,nucleotide binding site (NBS) and leucine rich repeats (LRR). The clustering result showed that all the varieties were divided into 3 lineages according to the DNA band data at the level of 86% dissimilarity. The information from this study may be useful in rice production by inter planting different varieties in a field and breeding resistance varieties by the means of providing with different parental varieties.
