盐胁迫对水飞蓟有效成分影响的研究

摘    要:以菊科植物水飞蓟为试验材料,采用浓度为50、100、200、300、400 mmol/L的NaCl溶液分别对水飞蓟进行盐处理,研究不同盐浓度对水飞蓟素含量的影响.结果表明,NaCl溶液浓度在50~400mmol/L范围内水飞蓟素含量随着盐浓度的升高有所增加.

Abstract:Taking Silybum marianum seeds as materials,used 50,100,200,300,400 mmol/L NaCl solution to treat Silybum marianum respectively to research the impact of different salt concentration on the silymarin content.The results showed that the concentration of NaCl in 50-400 mmol/L,silymarin content increased along with the increase of salt concentration.
