土壤修复菌M-1固体发酵配方研究

摘    要:固体发酵培养基配方筛选结果表明,腐殖酸(65%)+土(10%)+玉米粉(20%)+豆饼粉(5%)+生石灰(0.6%)较适合M-1菌株的生长繁殖,菌数达到14.9×108cfu/g,远远超出土壤肥料有效活菌数的行业标准。对该菌株培养条件进行正交试验,结果表明,生石灰量0.4%、含水量40 ml、发酵时间6 d为菌株的最佳发酵条件,有效活菌数达到136×108cfu/g,是初始有效活菌数的近10倍。

Abstract:The screening results showed that the formula of 65% humic acid+10% soil+20% corn powder+5% soybean powder+0.6% lime was better for the growth of M-1 strain,and the bacteria count reached 14×108 cfu/g,which was far beyond the industrial standards of effective viable counts in soil fertilizer.The orthogonal test of culture conditions was done,and the results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions were 0.4% lime,40 ml water,fermenting for 6 days.Under this condition,the viable bacteria count achieved 136×108 cfu/g,which was nearly 10 times of the initial effective viable bacteria count.
