| 摘 要： | 重金属污染严重影响了土壤微生物的种类、生物量、种群结构以及生理生化性质。综述了重金属污染对土壤微生物生物量，微生物种群和群落结构等生态特征以及微生物生理生化特性的影响．阐述了土壤微生物对重金属的抗性机制，并进一步讨论了微生物对重金属污染土壤的修复机理和修复研究进展。
