MATLAB的四杆机构运动学仿真方法

摘    要:以四杆机构为例,研究在MATLAB中基于Simulink及SimMechnics工具箱的两种机构运动仿真方法,分别建立仿真模型进行仿真并得出了正确的结果,分析了两种仿真方法的特点.基于SimMechnics的仿真与基于Simulink的仿真相比,前者最大的优点是无需建立机构运动的数学模型和编制程序,能大大减少设计人员的工作量.通过仿真得出:MATLAB具有系统建模方便直观、仿真功能强大等特点,能为机械系统的建模仿真提供一个强大而方便的工具.

Abstract:The four-bar mechanism was taken as an example,two solutions of mechanism kinematical simulation based on Simulink and SimMechanics were studied,simulation model was given respectively,the simulation was carried out,and the correct result was obtained,then the characteristics of two simulation solutions were analysed. Compared with the simulation solution based on Simulink,the most advantage of SimMechanics is that it needn't do mathematical model of mechanism kinematical and program,also it can quite release a designer. With simulation it was known that MATLAB has the powerful advantage of convenient and visual modeling function,powerful simulation function and so on,it can be a powerful and convenient tool in mechanical system's analysis and simulation.
