| 摘 要： | 本方法采用高效液相色谱外标法,以甲醇-乙酸溶液作为流动相,用HyPersil BDSC18 250mm×4.6mm.10μm柱和紫外检测器,分析啶虫脒.毒死蜱乳油。结果表明:啶虫脒,毒死蜱的标准偏差分别为:0.26和0.29;变异系数分别为:0.28和0.39;平均回收率分别为:99.2和99.0。
