复方产品对热应激蛋鸡生产性能及血清抗氧化指标的影响

摘    要: 为研究不同配方产品对热应激状态下产蛋鸡生产性能及血清抗氧化功能的影响,以600只67周龄新罗曼商品蛋鸡作为试验动物,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复50只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组饲喂在基础日粮中分别添加了不同配方的热应激复方产品的日粮,试验期28 d。试验测定了在热应激条件下饲喂试验日粮第14 d、28 d蛋鸡生产性能、血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、以及丙二醛( MDA)含量。结果表明基础饲粮中添加抗热应激复方产品显著提高了热应激条件下蛋鸡的料蛋比和产蛋率(P<0.05)。从血清抗氧化指标来看,各试验组均能显著地提高血清中的GSH-PX活性(P<0.05)、SOD活性也有所提高,且显著降低了血清中MDA含量(P<0.05)。日粮中添加抗热应激复方产品能够提高热应激状态下产蛋鸡的生产性能和血清抗氧化指标,且以配方2的效果最佳。

Abstract:To investigate the effects of compound products on production performance and serum anti-oxidative indices in laying hens under heat stress,a total of 600 67-week-old Roman commercial laying hens were randomly assigned to 4 groups with 3 replicates and 50 layers with each repeat.The control group was fed basal diet and three test groups were fed the basal diet which was added different formulations of compound product.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The production performance,the guguangantai peroxide enzyme(GSH-Px) activeness,the hyperoxide mutase(SOD) activeness,as well as malondialdehyde(MDA) content for 14 days,28 days of laying hens were measured.The results showed that the egg-feed ratio and the laying rate of laying hens of experimental group 1,2,3 were significantly increased(P<0.05) compared with that of the control group.Supplemental compound products could significantly enhance the activities of GSH-Px and SOD(P<0.05),and reduce the content of MDA in serum(P<0.05).In conclusion,the compound products could improve the production performance and serum anti-oxidative of laying hens under heat stress,and the effect of group 2 was the best.
