摘    要:针对新疆2008年的特大旱情,利用多时相STOT遥感数据计算近10年新疆距平植被指数(DVI),揭示新疆2008年7月下旬旱情发生的范围和强度,并结合新疆气象站点数据检验其监测结果.结果表明:利用SPOT VGT数据能够较准确地监测出新疆干旱的发生范围和程度,其结果与气象部门旱情统计相吻合;同传统地面监测比较,该方法克服了单点的空间局限,能快速、便捷提取干旱的详细空间分布,在干旱动态监测业务中具有较强的实用性.

Abstract:The different vegetation index(DVI) was used to analyse range and degree of the drought in Xinjiang using multitemporal SPOT satellite imagery in July 2008.The ground precipitation data from the representative stations over Xinjiang are used to validate the drought monitoring method.The results show that the occurrence of drought range and degree could be more accurately mornitered by use of SPOT VGT data,whose result was consistent with the statistics data of drought from meteorological department.The method can overcome the restriction of single - point measurement,and it has the advantages of high prompt and convenient extraction of the information about spatial distribution of drought over the conventional ground survey methods.The method also has stronger practicability on dynamic monitoring of drought.
