| 摘 要： | 甘肃省城镇化发展具有水平低、发展落后,等级规模结构失衡,市域差异大等特征。主要原因在于农村经济薄弱,城镇非农产业发展缓慢,基础设施建设落后等方面,其发展既具有西部大开发的良好机遇和资源丰富的优势,同时也存在着经济基础薄弱,生态环境脆弱等不利因素。基于此认识,提出了甘肃省城镇化发展的四大模式和加快城镇化发展的政策建议。
