稻粒黑粉菌冬孢子萌发的影响因素和休眠期的研究

本文详尽地描述了病菌冬孢子萌发的过程和形态特征，并研究了各种因素对病菌冬孢子萌发的影响，结果表明在水中、室温３０～３２℃、太阳光照下、ｐＨ１６～７、氧气充足的条件下，最适宜冬孢子萌发，产生的担孢子量也最多；约２％的冬孢子休眠期约一个月，但多数冬孢子需要体眠５～６个月；冬孢子室内保存有约２年的生命力，以保存７～１２个月的冬孢子萌发率最多。

Factors Affecting Teliospore Germination and Dormaney of Neovossia horridia

Germination and dormancy of the teliospores of Neovossia horriidia were studied. The results revealed that the teliospores germinated at maximal rate and with largest number of sporidia produced,when soaked in water at 30～32℃and pH 6～7,with adequate oxygen supply and sunshine。A dormancy period of five through six months was required for the teliospores to germinate, with an exception of about one month for two percent of them, The telicopores had a vitality period of about two years at indoor storage, But high germination rates occurred in seven through twelve months of storage, Morphological characters during teliospore germinaton were also described。
