摘    要:SSR和ISSR的高突变率、丰富的多态性以及在基因组中的广泛性,使其成为了居群遗传学研究、种质资源鉴定、亲缘关系分析、遗传图谱构建和分子标记辅助选择的重要手段.概述了SSR和ISSR在植物基因组中的分布、结构和遗传方式,并对其研究方法和应用前景进行扼要阐述,旨在为从事牧草遗传育种研究的工作者提供有益的帮助.

Abstract:In view of their hypervariability, abundant polymorphism and wide distribution in plant genomes, SSR and ISSR are becoming important methods for population genetic study, strain identification, and kinship analysis, mapping purpose as well as molecular-marker assisted selection. In this paper, a summary is given about the distributions, structural characteristics and genetic patterns of SSR and ISSR in plant genomes. Meanwhile, the studying method and application prospect are simply introduced, attempting to provide a useful help for the scholars engaged in the study of forage genetics and breeding.
