铁线蕨对低温胁迫的生理反应

摘    要:对低温(4℃)胁迫下,铁线蕨叶中游离脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖(WSS)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、相对电导渗透率(RPP)的变化进行了研究。结果表明:低温胁迫下,铁线蕨叶内Pro、WSS含量和SOD活性呈先上升后下降的趋势,MDA含量及RPP则呈现先增加后下降再增加的趋势。

Abstract:The concentration of free proline(Pro),water soluble sugar(WSS),malondialdehyde(MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and relative memberance permeability(RPP) of Adiantum Capillus-veneris under low temperature stress were studied.The results were as follows: during low temperature stressing(4?℃),the content of Pro,WSS and the SOD activity became higher at the beginning of stressing and lower,later.With the stressing,the MDA content and RPP firstly increased then decreased and finally increased again.
