摘    要:
[目的]测定新疆不同产地紫花苜蓿中总多酚的含量。[方法]以没食子酸作为对照品,以福林试剂-碳酸钠溶液体系为显色剂,采用Folin-Ciocaileu比色法在检测波长760 nm处测定紫花苜蓿中总多酚含量。[结果]紫花苜蓿中总多酚含量的标准曲线的回归方程为Y=91x+0.011 8(r=0.999 5),表明在0~6 mg/ml浓度范围内浓度与吸光度的线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为102.34%、103.94%、102.81%。[结论]该方法简便、快速、准确,是检测新疆不同产地紫花苜蓿总多酚成分的可靠方法。

Determination of the Content of Total Polyphenol for Medicago sativa L.of Xinjiang by Folin-Ciocaileu
Abstract:
[Objective] To establish an UV method for determination of the content of total polyphenol for M.sativa of Xinjiang.[Method] With gallic acid as CK,Folin-Ciocaileu was adopted determining the content of total polyphenol by UV at 760 nm.[Results] The regressive equation of standard curve is Y=91x+0.011 8(r=0.999 5).It was indicated that in the range of 0-6 mg/ml,the liner relationship between concentration and absorbance is good.The average recovery was 102.34%,103.94%,102.81%.[Conclusion] The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which is a reliable method for detecting total polyphenol from M.sativa in Xinjiang.
