恩施老鹰茶饮用安全性研究

摘    要:以恩施自治州不同产地的纯天然老鹰茶为原料,用双硫腙比色法对老鹰茶茎和叶的铅、镉、汞含量进行了研究。结果表明:老鹰茶茎和叶中铅、镉、汞的含量低,其中部分有显著性差异,茎的含量略高于叶,但均远低于国标的上限,具有很高的饮用安全性和开发利用价值。

Abstract:The glede tea from the different producing areas in Enshi Autonomous Prefecture were used as the raw material and the content of lead cadmium hydrargyrum in the stem and leaf was examined with the dithizon spectrophotometry.The results were as follows: the content of lead cadmium hydrargyrum in the stem and leaf of glede tea was low,and the content in stem was higher than that in leaf slightly,but they were under the GB,so the glede tea had supernal drinking security and exploitation value.
