不同非营养调控物质对低纤维日粮条件下断乳兔肠炎和腹泻的影响研究

摘    要:选择30日龄同期断乳的力克斯兔110只,随机分成11组,每组10只,在7%的低纤维日粮的基础上,分别饮用0.1%和0.2%的生态素,饲料中添加0.3%的EM、0.2%和0.4%的寡果糖、0.1%和0.2%的大蒜素、0.1%大蒜素+0.2%寡果糖、0.1%大蒜素+0.1%生态素和0.1%生态素+0.2%寡果糖,以7%低纤维日粮为对照,观察试验兔腹泻种类和腹泻率。结果表明,低纤维日粮导致断乳仔兔发生的腹泻类型全部为粘液性肠炎,腹泻率分别为(%):2.1、1.8、2.9、4.3、3.9、4.3、10、8.6、7.9和59.29,四种非营养调控物质对预防断乳仔兔腹泻有良好的效果,以生态素最佳,其次是EM,大蒜素和果糖的效果相当,但他们之间的差异均不显著(P〉0.05);三个组合组的效果均不如单独使用,与单独使用的差异显著或极显著。对照组与各试验组差异均极显著。试验表明,作为绿色饲料添加剂,生态素、EM、寡果糖和大蒜素在预防断乳仔兔腹泻中值得推广,其理想添加量分为为0.1%、0.3%、0.25和0.1%,而它们之间的组合效果有待进一步探讨。

Abstract:110 weaned rex rabbits aged in 30-day old were randomly divided into 11 groups of 10 each. The water mixed 0.1% and 0.2% "shengtaisu" respectively or the diet added 0.3% EM, 0.2% FOS(Fructo Oligosaccharide), 0.4% FOS , 0.1% Allitridi , 0.2% Allitridi, 0.1% Allitridi +0.2% FOS, 0.1% Allitridi + 0.1% "shengtaisu" and 0.1% "shengtaisu" +0.2% FOS respectively were fed. The CF content of basal diet was 7%. The percentage of enteritis and diarrhea were calculated. The results showed that the type of diarrhea is viscousness and the diarrhea rate were 2.1%, 1.8%, 2.9%, 4.3%, 3.9%, 4.3%, 10%, 8.6%, 7.9% and 59.29% respectively. Compared with the control group, the diarrhea rate of the trials were decreased significantly (P〈0.05). The four kinds of non-nutritional control-substance had good function on diarrhea control for weaned rex rabbit. The "shengtaisu" is the best and the EM , Allitridi and FOS were followed(P〉0.05).Compared with the single's control-substance, the results of their combinations were not optimistic (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The optimal dosage of "shengtaisu", EM, Allitridi and FOS were 0.1%,0.3%,0.2 and 0.1% respectively, but their combination need to be studied furthermore.
