野葛主要营养和药用成分的分析

摘    要:以长阳野葛、横峰野葛、神农架野葛为试材,对野葛的主要营养成分和药用成分进行了分析,结果表明:野葛叶、藤中含有丰富的营养成分;藤和根中含有大量的药用成分。长阳野葛的营养成分和药用成分,均高于其他两种,值得进一步研究,以便开发利用。

Abstract:With wild pueraira varieties from Hengfeng, Shennongjia, Changyang, the major nutrient and meidical contents were analyzed. The results showed that there was a rich nutrient content in leaf and stem, and a large medical content in stem and root. The nutrient and medical contents in Changyang wild pueraria were higher than those in other varieties. The authors suggest that Changyang wild pueraria should be further studied for the purpose of its exploitation and utilization.
